ZidWedding provides two products: (a) digital wedding invitations that can be personalized per guest, and (b) a Collaborative Photo Album for events, where guests can upload photos without needing an account.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs through your account. Authentication is provided by Clerk, including the option to sign in with Google.

Digital invitations are sold as a one-time payment per invitation based on the selected theme tier — not a subscription. Once paid, the invitation stays active indefinitely (no expiry). The Collaborative Photo Album is sold per event based on the selected tier.

Payments are processed via QRIS (Xendit) or PayPal. Discount vouchers can be applied where valid and eligible.

Because the service activates immediately upon payment, payments are generally non-refundable, except in the event of a system error on our end that renders the service completely unusable — contact us using the details below for such cases.

You are fully responsible for content you upload to your invitation (photos, text) as well as content your guests upload to the Photo Album. Uploading content that is illegal, infringes third-party copyright, hateful/discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate is prohibited.

As a Photo Album host, you have moderation tools to hide/remove inappropriate photos. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

Approved partners earn a commission on transactions originating from their referral link, based on the commission rate in effect at the time. Commission withdrawals are subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and administrative fee shown on the partner dashboard.

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service, including but not limited to disruptions from third-party providers (payment, hosting, email).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including payment system abuse or uploading illegal content.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
